All cats must be up to date with their vaccinations for Feline Infectious Enteritis and Upper Respiratory Infection (cat flu).
Booster vaccinations must be given at least two weeks prior to boarding.
Vaccination certificates must be provided upon arrival and will be held for the duration of the stay. Claude's Cat Hotel reserves the right to refuse boarding to any cat that does not have a valid vaccination certificate.
Please administer fleas and worm treatments at least 48 hours before arriving at Claude's Cat Hotel. Owners accept that if during routine monitoring of your cat, we identify any cases of worms, fleas or ticks, appropriate treatment will be administered to resolve the problem. Any treatments provided will incur an additional cost.
All cats are accepted into our care on the understanding that they are in good health. Any health problems should be communicated to us prior to the arrival. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat appearing unwell or thought to be suffering from any illness or infectious disease.
Male cats over the age of seven months are only accepted if they have been neutered.
Please inform us if your cat has any unusual habits or behaviours so that these are not mistaken for illness.
If your cat requires medication on a regular basis e.g. creams, tablets or injections, these can be all carried out during your cats stay at Claude's Cat Hotel. Please supply sufficient medication for the duration of the stay and clearly label all medication with your cats name and dosage instructions.
VETERINARY ASSISTANCE
If your cat becomes ill during the stay, we will consult our veterinary practice in Montbron, who may wish to liaise with your cats veterinary practice.
Any fees incurred as a result of a visit will be the responsibility of the owner to pay directly.
In all cases, we will act in the best interest of your cat with respect to their health and freedom from suffering, following advice from a veterinary surgeon. Of course, in these situations, owners will be contacted and kept informed at all times.
FEEDING
We encourage owners to bring their cats regular food as change can be stressful, however food can be provided for an extra 1,50 € /per day/per cat, if necessary.

Cats with special dietary needs - please ensure an adequate supply for the duration of the stay, plus a little extra in case of collection delay.
Fresh water is available at all times.
Owners are welcome to bring their own bedding, beds, toys, grooming equipment and scratching posts, whatever you think will make your cat more comfortable during their stay.
